Latest build started life as a 1992 Harley Softail springer. Bike has been completely blown apart and redone to current. Build was just finished 2 months ago. I built this bike along with the help from my friend Sean over at Motorelic. Super talented and his attention to detail is on point. Going to list the parts and work done starting from front to rear. 1. 39mm front end lowered 3 inches, triple trees have been milled smooth fork stops shaved. lowbrow customs fork covers with machined spacers. Sliders have been shaved and customized to meet the Nacelle covers better also had dual caliper brackets made for the dual 4 piston jay brake calipers. Brand new rotors and 21 with new 3.00 shinko vintage tire
inch wheel with 3.00 shinko tire all new. (NOTE FRONT RIM DOES HAVE SOME SCRATCHES IN IT)
REMOTE BREMBO MASTER CYLINDER MOUNTED BETWEEN GAS TANKS TO KEEP HANDLEBARS CLEAN FOR FRONT BRAKES
2. Hardtail Choppers 5 piece nite crawler handlebars. narrowed then chrome plated. (NICE TIGHT SOLID CAST BENDS) new throttle levers and grips. (Remote front master cylinder located in between gas tanks to keep the handle bars clean)
3. frame had the neck windowed and retextured to look factory, rear swingarm is off a 2000 and up due to being cleaner. cleaned welds on that as well and then had frame powder coated gloss black.
4. Lowbrow split gas tanks designed for shovelheads but modified them to work on the softail. super clean and tight look. all new fuel caps and prism twist petcock.
5. New aftermarket forward controls with Thrashin supplies mini floor boards.
6. stock rear fender with new chrome smooth fender struts and a 1941 to 1948 chevy taillight aftermarket assy with glass lense. purchased a factory one for the better bezel and powdercoated matte black. (aftermarket bezel was shit)
7. Danny Gray seat cut down and had reupholstered with pleats.
8. Rear wheel is a new 16x3 wheel with chrome rotor and pulley. Tire is also brand new 5.00 x 16 shinko. new axle as well. Chrome jaybrake 4 piston caliper and bracket I had stripped and done matte black.
9. all cables and brake lines are brand new.
10. Paint work was performed by Petittbilt the color is 2022 Harley Billiard teal with cream and gold pinstriping.
11. located just below the coil is the ignition switch just like a car. (MAKE SURE BIKE IS IN NEUTRAL) bike is wired high beam only no switches if you wanted to wire it to just low beam you would need to change the lead. Bike has no turn signals, horn or mirrors as well as no speedo.
12. Bike fires right up and runs great. custom brake resevoir located right behind top fork tree.
13. ONLY ISSUES WITH BIKE IS FRONT RIM HAS SOME SRATCHES IN IT AND THE CAM COVER CHROME HAS SOME MINOR PITTING. COULD EASILY GET A CHROME COVER TO SLIP OVER IT, PRIMARY COVER IS NEW.
10. Engine has a Andrews Cam not sure the spec top end was freshened up heads vapor blasted and valve reseated. S&S super E shorty was vapor blasted and rebuilt as well. LC Engineering air cleaner to look similar to the 70s factory ones. Brand new S&S oil pump. Brand new Dyna 2000i ignition system with new coil and plug wires. PAUGHCO TWO INTO ONE EXHAUST HAD A HOLLOW SOUND SO WE TIG WELDED A BAFFLE IN THE MUFFLER SOUNDS WAY BETTER MILEAGE UNKNOWN
I am sure that I am forgetting something but almost everything on the bike has been tweaked or massaged down to the engine and trans mounting bolts.
