    Description

    I am selling an Antique Eastman No. 15 paper cutter. Rochester, New York. Heavy metal cutting arm / blade. Does not currently cut well. Blade may need to be adjusted or sharpened. Please look at pictures for item condition.
    This was buried in my friend's garage for 35+ years! Her dad was a mechanical engineer.
    VINTAGE EASTMAN KODAK GUILLOTINE PAPER AND PHOTO CUTTER. RARE. A PAPER CUTTER THIS OLD AND QUALITY WILL BE HARD TO FIND. THIS IS A HEAVY DUTY GUILLOTINE STYLE.
    Old-time construction from the days when they built things to last instead of planned-obsolescence like we have today!
