Antique School Paper Cutter Trimming Board Heco Cast Iron & Wood Vintage

Up for sale is this neat antique paper cutter or trimming board.  It looks like it could have been in a school art room in the early 20th century.  The cutting handle is cast iron and the board is wood.  Heco trimming board is partly legible at the top of the board.  The cutting surface measures about 10x11 inches.  It has alot of wear on it which adds to its character.  It can still cut paper.
