Steps for usage:
Step 1:
extend the lamp head to stand
Step 2:
Press the cylinder and turn the lock mark perpendicular to the arrow clockwise. Successfully locked. Open the arrow counter clockwise and align it with the unlocking target to recover.
Step 3:
Stretch the tube up to the height suitable for your use. if your retract it, please compress it back.
Step 4:
