The recommended cable is AWG18 (for long distances up to 100 meters/300 feet), the minimum recommend cable is AWG20 (for distances less than 70 meters/210 feet).

Item warranty is one year.
All defective items should be notified within 10 days after item received.  Please note that warranty will be void if the item is modified or misused.
If the item is returned claiming defective and after the diagnostic is found that is not, there will be a 20% restocking fee plus any Shipping & Handling fees that incurs.
If buyer purchased a wrong item or bought it by mistake, buyer is responsible for the return shipping. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. For free shipping orders, the shipping cost incurred will be deducted from the refund.
