CAT5 UTP cable is not recommended for audio intercom
The recommended cable is AWG18 (for long distances up to 100 meters/300 feet), the minimum recommend cable is AWG20 (for distances less than 70 meters/210 feet).

Shipping & Handling
All products will be shipped from North America warehouse.
We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to every country may have different time schedule on custom clearing which may take longer/shorter time to inspect your products. And also the price of item in this listing is FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid. That means seller pays and bears freight charges, and buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.
All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Tracking number will be emailed once your order is complete and ship out.
Buyer must make sure that the shipping address provided is accurate and correct.
Warranty & Returns
Our items are covered by 1 year manufacturer warranty.
The warranty only covers failure due to defects in material and workmanship by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damage due to everyday usage.
You may return merchandise purchased from us for a refund or a replacement.
All product returns requires a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. The RMA number should be written on your returning package. Please contact us via email to request RMA number.
All returned items for a refund/credit should be in its original, "re-sellable" condition and are subject to inspection.
A returned item must be received in “New” condition. Re-sellable condition means the item is in its original condition, with no scratches, marks, or blemishes. We cannot accept any returned items that have been installed, altered or modified in any way. Determination of items returned in re-sellable condition is at the sole discretion of the seller.
