Pair Of Fine Antique 19th C. French Sterling Silver Diamond Paste Shoe Buckles

For auction, a stunning pair of antique 19th century French sterling silver and diamond paste shoe buckles. They have been left as found unpolished but they are gilt sterling silver. They measure 2 1/8” wide by 1 3/4” tall and are slightly curved. They have a small French silver mark as shown. Left with original backings which can be removed. There is a single bar across back. Overall in absolutely excellent condition. All cut paste stones intact. They have a beautiful sparkle and the pictures do not do them justice.
