    Description

This is a super rare, authentic "official tour" merch item from the Sex Pistols infamous "Filthy Lucre" reunion tour in 1996 purchased from the band's merch booth at Red Rocks amphitheater in Golden, Colorado. I've carried it around with me through several cross-country moves since then and now it's time to release it to the wild for another Sex Pistols fan to enjoy.
At the time, I had just moved to Colorado myself from the east coast and saw that the Filthy Lucre tour was coming through town so I got myself a ticket. If you were there, then you may remember Johnny Lydon actually had an oxygen tank on stage (!) with him due to the high altitude and made some joke with the audience about "you people must have the lungs of fleas!"  Funny thinking about that show now because at the time, I thought they were already pretty old yet that was almost 25 years ago!
Anyway, if you're a Sex Pistols fan/collector and/or someone interested in the merch sold during the Filthy Lucre tour, than this is for you. I wish it had the Filthy Lucre branding on it (I also got a t-shirt at the time which did have that) but this is how they were selling these mugs at the time. Anyway, this is absolutely guaranteed to be authentic and original. It is also stone mint since I'm not a coffee drinker and thus have never used this - I just like to collect mugs from various quirky and rare events.
Check my other auctions for more unusual, vintage mint coffee mugs from my collection that I've started to downsize - I will combine shipping if you buy multiple items to reduce costs to you.
Item will be well packed and sent via priority mail at cost.
Unfortunately I do not accept returns unless the item does not comply with the description in which case I'm happy to take it back. I'm trying to get rid of stuff, not hold into it.
